Demolition of the footbridge
There doesn't seem to have been any great hurry to remove the footbridge completely. The half that was in the main demolition area went reasonably quickly leaving the half over the public roads intact until the first week of February 2005.
Please note that most pages on this site have had little attention since the end of 2005 so may be somewhat out of date. Even if some parts of the page have clearly been updated that does not mean all the page has.
